To extend the enjoyment of your screenings, the Lumière 2023 line-up is naturally in the spotlight: Wim Wenders, Denys de La Patelière, Robert Altman, Yasujiro Ozu, Wes Anderson and big black & white classics… plus, discover books on the actors or directors honoured this year.

The bookshop offers you a true panorama of world cinema through biographies, graphic novels and analyses.
The bookshop includes a selection of cinema reviews to immerse yourself in the latest news of movie theatres and films: Positif, Jeune Cinéma, Revus & corrigés... You can also find a few back issues of Positif to delve into past thematic columns of the cinephile magazine, founded in Lyon.
Finally, for young film buffs and readers, the children's section offers graphic novels to recount the story of cinema, its manufacturing secrets, and its history, as well as activity books and short stories to learn about some of the major names in cinema.
The emphasis is on new releases and beautiful works, from classics to more esoteric publications. And like every year, new discoveries.
